• Broadway Plaza Improvements between 38th and 40th Streets. (video)
• AdaptNYC from the Mayor’s Office of Climate and Environmental Justice. (video)

• 249 W 45th Street, The Imperial Theatre, an application to alter the designated interior including, removal of existing sound and light lock walls, new doors and openings, replacement of light fixtures and alterations to existing tech booth.
