Agenda:

• 21 W. 16th Street, an application to replace windows in the front and back of the brownstone.
• 30 Rockefeller Plaza, an application to alter the marquees at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, located on the W. 49th and W. 50th Street elevations of the building. The proposal includes replacement of the neon lettering with new LED lettering as well as adding new lettering for the building address in limited locations to the marquee.
• 50 W, 23rd Street, an application for an Adaptive Re-use project to convert an existing office building to residential use. The existing building is comprised of two buildings at 37 W. 22nd and 50 W. 23rd Streets and is located in the Ladies Mile Historic District. 
• 249 W 45th Street, The Imperial Theatre, an application to alter the designated interior including, removal of existing sound and light lock walls, new doors and openings, replacement of light fixtures and alterations to existing tech booth. The application also proposes restoration and repair of interior features.
• 915 Broadway, an application for installation of commercial kitchen exhaust flues on the south facing side of the building.
